Our Services

Landlords’ needs are always unique with individual and bespoke requirements. As such we would always speak to you, at length, about what you want, how you want things managed and what reporting you need before making you an offer for our services.

Having said that to give you an idea:
If you want to be completely handsfree service it will be, approximately, 12% of the rent collected
If you just want us to just find tenants then its 1 weeks rent, nothing more for you or the tenant to pay
If you want us to find tenants, collect their rent and be a point of contact between you and them it’s approximately 5% of the rent collected

If you want anything in between we’d be happy to discuss it.

Our full range of services include

Helping to set the best rental price for your property, then market it (with video) to on all the leading platforms (Rightmove, Zoopla, SpareRoom, On the Market etc etc) Booking & conducting viewings. Processing tenant applications, taking up references, counter signing Guarantors. Contract signature, photographic inventories, check in & check out.

Managing the deposit (on your behalf or for you)

Day to day running of the tenancy, including interim, regular, tenancy checks and reports. Minor repairs that are within our expertise

Overseeing repairs or enhancements by trusted contractors (yours or ones we recommend)

Help with getting all the Certification you need: Gas, Electric, HMO Licence, EPCs etc Managing utility supplies. General updates on changing legislation and market trends.
